I am working as a developer on CHEFS, actually I am working on a task that involves sending mail to all submitters. each time I try to send an email I got bad credentials error locally, so I think I need an account from the Dev server part to test my new feature.

This is an invalid request from someone not on the CHEFS team who will just be a code contributor..won't fulfill and asked them to resubmit for their own client.
