This update will add an internal comment box to the main dashboard, making it visible to signed-in users outside the edit screen.

The feature will display comments directly on the dashboard, along with the name and date of each comment entry, supporting better tracking and communication among internal users.
This enhancement streamlines access to relevant notes and updates, facilitating improved collaboration and record-keeping within the GWELLS platform.
There's already a comment box in GWELLS we just need a second private comment box for only IDIR users.
