Add cronjob deployments to nr-gwells #198

Describe the task Gwells has several cronjobs that have associated deployment config yaml files.

Document cronjobs

Prod:

export
export-databc
gwells-documents-production-backup
gwells-pg12-production-nfs-backup
licences

Test:

demand
export
export-databc
gwells-documents-staging-backup
gwells-pg12-staging-nfs-backup
licences

Update the deployment configs to deployments.

Purpose We want to mirror the gwells cronjobs in nr-gwells. To maintain backing up data and exporting.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] cronjobs run successfully in Test
[ ] cronjobs run successfully in Prod

Additional context

Likely need to break this ticket up more when the time comes
