When viewing / Selecting Alert levels include the icons for those alert levels in the frontend view. Currently the view only includes the text for the alert levels. It should show the Icon and the text any time an alert level is mentioned.
This will impact the select alert level widget on the create and edit pages
Currently the icons are not released, but can be requested from Emergency Info BC.
