feat: Include data synchronization for non-domain tables from Oracle to Postgres

Description

Provide in the ETL Tool process tables listed in https://apps.nrs.gov.bc.ca/int/confluence/display/FSADT2/Dataset+mappings for Data synchronization between Oracle and Postgres. It doesn't include the domain tables (_LIST -> _CODE)

  • SEEDLOT_SEED_PLAN_ZONE
