As a user, I want to be able to update records using tables IDs (primary keys) combined with their respective revision_count values ensuring other users will not update the same row.
Acceptance Criteria
Create a generic interface containing generic methods for saving any Hibernate Entity;
This interface should implement the JpaRepository;
All existing Repository interfaces should be updated to extends this new one;
procedure for this ticket will be documented in GH wiki
