Test Case Steps

1. Create a fixture to store static values like headings, subtitles etc.
2. User can see correct information on Extraction(heading, subtitle).
3. User can hide Data entry, Review data and Calculate seedlot matrix sections by clicking the up arrow button.
4. User can see and add data to the Cone and pollen count tab of the table.
5. User can see and add data to the SMP success on parent tab of the table.
6. User can see and add data to the Calculation of SMP mix tab of the table.
7. User can upload a .csv at this button

8. Total number of Parent trees is shown at the bottom of the table.
9. User can decide how many rows of Parent trees are shown on one page.
10. User can click on Next button and render the Step 6 page.
11. User can see the complete checkmark SVG in Step 6.

Test Case Expected Results

Step 4:

• User can enter Cone count and Pollen count values in each rows.
• Check for negative values error msg as well as large number error msg.
• Check for decimal values.
• User can add more columns by clicking the Show/hide columns icon above the table.
• User can remove all the data entered by clicking the More options icon and selecting Clean data table option above the table.
• User can see the total Parent trees, Cone count and Pollen count in the Parent tree contribution summary section.
• User can click on the Calculate metrics button and it will show appropriate data.
• User should see the average of all GVO rows in Genetic worth and percent of Tested parent tree contribution section.
• User should see the average of all WWD rows in Genetic worth and percent of Tested parent tree contribution section.
• Effective population size should show the total number of parent tree data entered.

Step 5:

• User can enter values of SMP success on parent (%) on all the rows of table by checking Enter the same SMP success on parent or non-orchard pollen contaminant to all parent trees checkbox and entering the value in SMP success on parent (%) field.
• User can enter values of Non-orchard pollen contam. (%) on all the rows of table by checking Enter the same SMP success on parent or non-orchard pollen contaminant to all parent trees checkbox and entering the value in Non-orchard pollen contam. (%) field.
• User can enter SMP success on parent (%) and Non-orchard pollen contam. (%) values in each rows.
• User can add more columns by clicking the Show/hide columns icon above the table.
• User can remove all the data entered by clicking the More options icon and selecting Clean data table option above the table.
• User can see the average SMP success on parent (%) and Non-orchard pollen contam. (%) in the Parent tree contribution summary section.
• User can click on the Calculate metrics button and it will show appropriate data.
• User should see the average of all GVO rows in Genetic worth and percent of Tested parent tree contribution section.
• User should see the average of all WWD rows in Genetic worth and percent of Tested parent tree contribution section.

Step 6:

• User can enter Parent Tree Number values in each rows, check the error msg for an invalid number.
• User can enter Volume (ml) values in each rows, check the error msg for an invalid number eg negative and decimal numbers.
• User can add more rows by clicking the Add a new row icon above the table.
• User can delete rows by clicking the Delete icon at the end of each row.
• User can add more columns by clicking the Show/hide columns icon above the table.
• User can remove all the data entered by clicking the More options icon and selecting Clean data table option above the table.
• User can see the total Total volume (ml) in the Breeding value of SMP mix used summary section.
• User can click on the Calculate metrics button and it will show appropriate data.
