Imported pending or incomplete seedlots not loading data correctly

Describe the Bug When trying to edit pending or incomplete seedlots that were imported from old spar are not showing the previous data when trying to edit them.

Expected Behaviour Data should be correctly loaded and shown on each field.

Actual Behaviour Data not being loaded at all.

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Seedlot 64189 on the prod environment
2. Click to edit the seedlot
3. Check if the fields are correct filled

i remember as long as the form is "touched" the status will be updated from INC -> PND on the old system
