Describe the Bug
Staff in the TSC have noticed an anomaly in the data on the ownership section of the A class registration screen for migrated records:
Initially, the cumulative ownership proportion showed up as 125% for seedlot 64130, however when you refresh the record or open it a second time, and the % have now changed on 64130. Looking at another seedlot 64076 and adds up to 135%. First look at the screen it is wrong %, second look at screen and % are corrected. Still not displaying the correct ownership acronyms on either look. First view and second view at screen when back to main menu and go back in to the seedlot.
Expected Behaviour
When the ownership section is opened, the correct percentages and ownership agencies should appear that are listed in Oracle and have been migrated to postgres.
