Describe the task

Evaluate and integrate a new UI library for SPAR and CONSEP projects to address Carbon's limitations, such as basic table components, excessive custom CSS.

Libraries for evaluation:

MUI (Material-UI) Ant Design (Antd) Bootstrap Blueprint UI
