Orchard Management page link discussion

Describe the task On the Parent tree and SMP screen, there is a link that takes users to the orchard management page. There are a few ways that we can handle this:

1) link takes you to the orchard management screen in old SPAR. (in PROD) 2) link takes you to the new orchard management screen in new SPAR (in PROD) 3) we hid this link in the first MMP and add in in a later release

TASK: As a team, discuss the complexity of these options and decide how we want to proceed in MMP#1

Note: Old spar does support url path for different screen, so we most likely will have to hide this button.

rolled over to sprint 27 from sprint 25. Spike tasks from sprint 26 will help us better under this task
