chore: Bb 214 implement export new calculation #232

Description

Simple enhancement on new calculations. Now it uses an empty nmp template when you start a new calculation. This way, we can export this file on the export page.

Note: Loading fields is not yet implemented and because of it, adding a new field will cause a bug. This will get fixed in my next ticket.
