change the error icon globally in the design system form this:

Changes made. I don't know the process for publishing the changes.

@mmarsoleta Figma ready for review and ready to be published Michelley isn't available until after Feb 22.

These changes were reviewed by @mmarsoleta and we published the assets in Figma. This version of the Figma library is called "2024.2.12"
