install/ run Sen2cor processor #13

Please install (and write a script to run for your multi-date sequence):

This does require the raw data.

Not the latest version, https://step.esa.int/main/snap-supported-plugins/sen2cor/sen2cor-v2-11/ but 2.9 says Mac is supported

Afterwards, please retain image files including
{B12, B11, B9, B8}

For both Level-1 and Level-2 data. (the raw data "zip" / .SAFE folders can be discarded at the end)
