4.1 Gold UI changes #184

Added view as list button, geocoding examples, noStreets option, and support for display of fault "values" (original input that caused the fault).

This should be applied when and only when the 4.1 online geocoder is deployed, as the fault value display will not work against previous version(s) of the geocoder.
