Autocompletion widget web page can't find FaviconLoader.jsm #186

This is the same issue the demo app had a few months ago.

I haven't seen this error message before, I don't think it is the same as anything we've had before? In fact I can't replicate it, what URL are you going to to get this error?

I was using https://bcgov.github.io/ols-devkit/examples/address_autocomplete.html I can't replicate it either. Maybe it was a gov network error?

A the moment I'm getting an error about unippear (gov library to make web pages look similar), I wonder if it was the source of the error, but it is itself down with a 503 server error right now.

As unipear is still causing issues and public facing apps are required to have a BC Gov't header and footer. Shall we switch over to using the code snippets in the BC Gov't DevHub?
