Confirming that River Rd should be considered part of the TRN.

@al-tabb please update the height clearance data - both cartographic and for the ITN. Height clearance 4 m in both travel directions; currently categorized as a structure without a height marker, which is accurate, but the the clearance is posted on COR's website (i.e., please re-categorize).

Also, the notice text is incorrect. Should read: "Structure with 4.0 m Vertical Clearance" as per excel file attached to this ticket: https://github.com/bcgov/smk-tlink/issues/88

Submitted JIRA ticket GBAITN-19144 last month. Confirmed truck route is in the April ITN data.
