This adds:

Prettier and EsLint to help with maintaining code quality and consistent patterns through the codebase
jest-expo, react-test-renderer and @testing-library/react-native for Unit and Snapshot testing
styled-components and react-native-paper for consistent UI styling
storybook to help with Component Driven Development (CDD)
