Process some of the HTML as best I could based on a small subset of the data (hard to look through it all)
Change the Read More button to read Read more or Read less and to expand the content within the app [resolves pe1765]

Notes
There are definitely some funny things about the way the data is rendering. That is because of data is presented to us as HTML that is scrapped from the website.
There are some strange extract spaces or paragraph breaks in the middle of sentences.
I've stripped out all the images because those weren't displaying.
I've tried to strip out the Location Map link that is embedded in the Location Notes given that we already have two links to maps and that link just went to the BC Parks map page not linked specifically with the park in question.
Some parks still have no data and so they just show up as the image, title, distance, and heart icon as you can see in the first image.
Creates a stand-alone component for the heart icon as a favouriting button.
Removes the SafeAreaView from page components as @react-navigation should be handling it.
This will hopefully remove the white space below the nav bar that phone's with notches are experiencing.
Makes the word Filter on the ParkFindHeader pressable.
Increases the pressable area of the Favorite icon.
Sets the AmenityList names on the Park Details page to black text to hopefully reduce its link appearance.
Set the distance filter text to display "All" if it's set to the right most position and therefore is no longer filtering parks based on distance; resolves pe1770.
Remove white borders from Top Header and bottom Nav Bar.
Hopefully adds more space under the BC Parks text on the Top Header.
