View Recent changes on single park record - change log

As a bc parks data register admin, I would like to see legal name and status changes made to a protected area name so that I can get see previous names and information on when they were changed.

This ticket is to show the change log for one protected area within the view record page.

Acceptance Criteria:

UI to match the designs of screenshots below
When a protected legal name changes, the newest update is reflected at the top of 'recent changes'
When a protected area status changes, the newest update is reflected at the top of 'recent changes'

Hey @meredithom - working on Sites pages and noticed that the change log table on this page is not the same as the table in the master change log (no ID, date is not on the left etc). Is this intentional or does it need to be updated?
