[M] View Change Log of all Parks in Data Register admin #31

As a bc parks admin user I would like to view all changes made to protected area names so that I can see information on all changes made. For example, what are the last 3 parks to change their name and when.

Acceptance Criteria:

UI to match the designs of screenshots below
When a protected legal name changes, the newest update is reflected at the top of 'recent changes'
List of changes is populated in table upon arriving at this page

Notes:

Based on #230 Opensearch will return a date sorted list.

From the PR:

This change adds a changelog search to the front end. As per the ticket, the first 20 results are loaded in descending chronological order when landing on the page. Filtering by text or by statusChanged or legalNameChanged is also possible.

Note that only changelog items that have been created after #318 was merged will have the correct structure to appear properly in the changelog search. If there are existing changelog items that should be shown, we should create a new ticket to migrate them to the proper format.

@janemoxd , I have done the functional testing and now waiting for the bug fixes. This ticket can be UX-reviewed whenever you have time.

@jane has completed the UX review and will create separate tickets for the issues. Everything related to this ticket will be handled by the separate tickets reported by both QA and UX designers. Passing this to PO review.
