Library: Define colour palette

• Colours differ between the BC Parks Core library in Figma, the branding guidelines, and the BC Gov official colour pallet. We need to find the source of truth for the colours we should be using in our applications.

Note that the BC Parks website colour palette diverges from the BC Parks branding guide. This was done to make the colours on the website better for screen (the branding guide is primarily a print guide). The decision has been made to stick with the colours currently in the BC Parks website In-use design library. However, for the admin tools library, we should likely use the BC Gov design tokens as our basis. To be discussed.

The colour palette is now laid out in the BC Parks Admin Tools Library figma file. It references the BC Design Tokens library only. There are a few colours identified that are not from the BC design token library - these are outliers used in graphs and banners in the admin tools. Please refrain from using these colours elsewhere in the tools, or adding new outlier colours to them.

Whenever possible, please reference the in use colours identified in this file. If another colour token is required for one of the admin tools, please reach out to the team to discuss.
