Update vanity url management for DUP

As a developer, I want to be able to easily manipulate the url of an app I am working on so that I can make it more user friendly and map to business architecture.

This ticket is to use the lambda@edge functionality to improve url management for DUP

(Other tickets will be created for the DR, A&R, )

Right now we have reserve.bcparks.ca and reserve-admin.bcparks.ca. It would be nice to have reserve.bcparks.ca/admin/ instead of managing two urls.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Change reserve-admin.bcparks.ca to reserve.bcparks.ca/admin/

Developer Checklist

[ ] Update Angular Build so that baseUrl goes to /admin/
[ ] Update SAM template

@marklise when you get a chance can you add some additional content to this ticket around how we can use lambda edge to improve vanity urls?
