As a DUP admin user, I would like to set passes to be available on holidays and weekends only so that the park has some visitor management on the busiest days.
This ticket is the next addition to BRS-787: DUP ADMIN/PUBLIC: Requiring a day use reservation only for weekends not M-F where a holiday option is added for user to select passes being available on those holidays. Reference model in BRS-768: DUP API: Requiring a day use reservation only for weekends not M-F for approach.
