Description

Our theme needs to be updated to use Bootstrap 5.2. We need to ensure our front ends use the latest theme that uses this new Bootstrap version.

Acceptance Criteria:

AR Admin, DUP Public and DUP Admin uses the latest BC Parks Bootstrap theme.
