Description:

To PRs have been merged to DUP-API and DUP-Public repos with an update to the captcha logic to address a theoretical vulnerability replay attack. For this change, no migrations are needed.

Notes for QA:

Please perform extensive testing to ensure the captcha and the booking passes work as expected.

Tested on TEST: Passed ✅

Verified that after the update everything work fine.
This is ready for PO review. fyi @ashleydhillon

Confirming I'm able to successfully generate/view captcha's in Test - moving to done (as acting PO in Jess's absence).
