Using emails received from the public related to day use passes to inform user research on how the summer season of day passes went. The parkinfo inbox (managed by web and info services) receives many emails from the public on this topic – this project involves sifting through those emails to summarize and theme inquires and feedback to inform the DUP program.
Objectives:
Learn about perceptions and issues the public had while interacting with day use passes
Share findings to inform DUP team
Use findings to populate DUP backlog – feedback and iterations of product
