Timezone issue #394

Describe the bug International users are having difficulty booking passes on mobile. Users are from the UK, Ireland and the US, attempting to book passes from android using Chrome, and iPhone using Safari.

Not a bug - this works as designed and it simply sold out quickly. Notes summary: People say they can't get a pass - bc it sold out in 15 seconds The first 500 people hit the page, selected it, took 7 mins to type their stuff, 6 passes expired - did not complete booking; returned to the pool. The first pass became available at 7 mins 10 seconds. Within 5 seconds, someone held that pass, within 10 seconds, the next people got it. Cam dug into all the data, pulled all the passes, got it sorted out, and now we have a script so we can see how long it took to book on a particular day but haven't modified it to look into the past - just the future.
