[M] DUP Facility-specific messaging in JOFFRE EMAILS: confirmation and reminder

Description:

We need to create facility specific messaging in confirmation emails for JOFFRE DUP bookings via GC Notify. Since Joffre has 1 facility this will only require an update to the text

@ndelraye Could you please review this ticket and let me know if it makes sense? I wasn't 100% what the templates referred to (should that be in a diff ticket? Is that the same thing as the messaging??)

Developer note - to hurry this change along we have updated two GCN templates:

• Sample Trail Pass: since Joffre is the only Trail Pass in PROD, Joffre users are the only people who will receive this email
• Sample Reminder email: all users (trail + parking) receive this email but the changes are minor so it was deemed acceptable.

To clarify, we haven't implemented any kind of facility-specific messaging. Our GCN templates currently differ whether or not the pass is for parking or for trail use. Cleverly, since Joffre is the only trail pass, we've changed the trail pass to be Joffre specific. We will implement facility specific messaging in a future ticked once the DUP SAM changes are complete.

@manuji I have currently only made the changes in TEST. Once you approve test I will copy the changes into PROD and you can test again. thanks
