Issue with links in the RichHTML box on park pages

Describe the bug Hyperlinks in the RichHTML do not open in a new tab, meaning users could be taken away from the booking page when interacting with the content (and thus potentially losing out on an opportunity to book a pass).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'reservation site'
2. Click on any of the links that are created via the RichHTML box
3. See error

Expected behavior Any links on the DUP page should default to opening in a new tab.
