Move Team Goal Bank under the My Team supervisor area

Current Scenario

A supervisor can navigate to My Goals > Goal Bank > Team Goal Bank to add, edit, or delete goals for their direct reports. All of the other supervisor functions are accessed under the My Team navigation area.

Desired Solution

Remove Team Goal Bank from My Goals > Goal Bank and move it as a separate sub-page called "Team Goal Bank" under My Team.
