Conversation participant names displayed at incorrect roles

Danielle Hollander (employee) and Jason Sarrazin (supervisor) have one signed off conversation. When they each view their profiles, the names are displayed in the correct position (employee on the left, supervisor on the right):

However, when Hugo Guerrero Fuentes, another supervisor of Danielle's, went to her profile and view the conversation, the names appeared in the wrong places:

Jason and Hugo are being shared with Danielle's profile, not direct supervisors. Hugo used the path My Team -> click on Danielle's name -> click on her completed conversations with supervisor

• Hollander,Daniell and Jason created an Onboarding conversation and signed and can see the names correctly. Jason's view:

Shared supervisor Karen's view also has names shuffled

issue has been addressed and works as expected
