The following tables will also be sent to ODS (for BI).

preferred_supervisor
employee_managers
users_annex
ods_dept_org_hierarchy

MIGRATION NOTES:

Code change only.

Requires coordination with ODS Team when running initial data push. The "ODS Bulk Database Upload" row in stored_dates table needs to be deleted or updated to 2000-01-01 to get all changes. The "ODS Bulk Database Upload" value will be set to run date/time after process completes.
