As an employee I want to see suggested learning and development goals to further my career and skills building. #257

Consider an addition to the goal library for learning goals. Coordinate learning categories and titles (i.e. Supervisory Skills Development) with Corporate Learning Portal. Create suggested goals to act as starting points to guide learning.

@phoebesolomon We should keep it for now as I am still in discussions with the Learning Centre to try to connect their course offerings to our goals system. Likely, they can just add goals to the Goal Bank as learning goals and we won't have to do any additional work. However, if they want to be more integrated we may revisit. They asked that I talk to them again early in the new year.

So, no need to estimate now. Wait for additional info. Thanks for checking!
