BI in an OpenShift Frame POC #313

Create a page/tab in the OpenShift application to frame a BI dashboard as proof-of-concept for user experience, consuming BI reporting data inside the performance system.

Looking to work with the BI team, to identify a basic dashboard that we can show in an iframe style within OpenShift Performance. where the user is interacting with the dashboard without leaving Performance (to support future reportings.) (Not looking to import the BI data in Openshift for this purpose.)
