This is the current view for supervisors. This is the team of direct reports. Anyone with a "+" beside their name has additional employees reporting to them so the supervisor can drill down into lower levels of the organization if they want. You can see here the concept of shared employees (i.e. the supervisor has decided to allow other people to provide comments and input into the employee's profile) and excused employees (i.e. the supervisor has decided to excuse the employee from the performance process because the employee is unavailable or doesn't meet the eligibility requirements).
This is a concept for the type of dashboard we want for the new product. Not sure yet about what type of summary stats we can provide, so don't worry about that just yet. As mentioned in Epic description, we will also want an area above this dashboard for action items (Add Goal to Library, etc).
As a supervisor, I want a tab that allows me to monitor, access, and interact with my employees' profiles.
This page will have two sections: an actions section up top and a dashboard section below (see dashboard examples in comments section below).

These are just action buttons that launch pop ups similar to what employees use for creating new goals and scheduling conversations. Will add separate ZenHub cards for each pop-up. Then beneath those action items, we have the summary dashboard.
