Update the title for the pop up message #774

There are multiple places on the site where a confirmation pop up message modal opens up. the title of this message must be updated to "Confirmation of that particular activity". Right now the message shows the website address which needs to be updated. The places where the title needs to be updated will be tracked in this document.

Alert box title is not able to modify because it is due to security issues. we need to use modal dialog to replace the system alert box.

@Travis-A-Clark Would you want us to move forward with what Ji has suggested?

Review if we want to have a universal messaging in the platform, currently we're using the generic messaging.
