@caggles Is plarform-services-edb-templatet repo still in use and under active development? if not, can we either archive it or add dormant label to it to keep repo-mountie happy

@mitovskaol this repo is still in use, it's basically just some simple templates for teams to use to set up their edb deployments. It doesn't really require updates very often, but it wouldn't be appropriate to archive it.
