Olena's comment from July 19. 2024:

The Registry is a critical application and moving it to Gold with the failover to Gold DR will ensure high availability that it does not currently have in Silver, however, given the current more time sensitive priorities that the team is working on, the move to Gold can wait until later in the fiscal year

Discussion at the Sprint Planning for Workstream Leads meeting on October 19, 2023 - For now it's a low priority one. Leave it open for another Sprint and if there is no change in this requirement, this epic can be closed.

After further discussions with Olena, this is something that we do intent on doing, but it can wait since it is not urgent and will be a significant undertaking. The app dev team should inform Olena when they have the capacity to work on this.
