Add events from History to Admin Comments tab to match comments with events #2580

Description: Add events from History to Admin Comments tab to match comments with events. Sure. On History Tab we display the Rejected Request events and comments for Edit and Delete Request. The comments displayed, are made by Reviewers for the users in the modal with heading 'Are you sure you want to reject this edit product request?'.

Olena wanted the events to be displayed in the Admin Comments tab (the feature implemented by Amritpal) in chronological order. For Admins to be able to see the Rejections made by other Admins (because sometimes they reject the quota increase without leaving comment on Admin Comments tab).

a request is not a product.

I believe the Description was about Edit and Delete Requests.

@funtigr can you explain more about the requirement? I cannot picture of what it needs to be done.
