Description: Zhanna found an issue with the tooltip for Product/Request. When the User hovers over the name of the Product/Request the long tooltip appears and the horizontal scroll bar is displayed below.

Suggestion about a fix: Show fixed quantity of symbols; in this case long descriptions would be trimmed.

Checked, works on Dev as well:
