Olena's request: Another feature for Private Cloud products: "Add a new OPTIONAL "After-Hours Support Contact" field to the Private Cloud products only. The field should only accept properly formatted phone numbers and have a description: "For Business Mission Critical Applications Only. You can specify a phone number of your team member who should be contacted by the BC Government's Service Desk (7-7000) if an issue is reported for your product outside of business hours".

  2. Is the change in the support contact reflected in the change summary section?
