With these being added/dropped throughout the process, we should probably review where lookup tables are actually required, rename as needed so that two of the same name with different groupings aren't created, and better incorporate into workflow. Have run into issues a few times where a lookup table is dropped in one script but then needed in the next (and not sure which version was supposed to be loaded).
