External User Research Planning

Assets UX team will plan, recruit for, and conduct foundational user research regarding PPR and it's usage.

Action items

• Creating and getting approval for Recruitment bulletin

• Create a survey to collect research participants

• Liv will create a research plan document, which will detail the UX goals, intent, and questions/methods for data collection.

-Interested users who have been shortlisted by the survey will be contacted and presented with a synced calendar to slot themselves into.

-Final participants will be contacted for final confirmation of involvement.

• Liv will execute the research (likely remotely) and record the raw data.

• Liv will produce a rough report (which includes the data collected) and leave this internal

-Liv will produce a final document (likely abbreviated and tone adjusted for audience) to share final insights and findings with management and other teams.

Funding has been approved at 100$ per person, so we will need to figure out a way to distribute digital prepaid visas, and acquire them.

This is an additional task.
