Create Wireframe for Main Registration SA Input Page

Given: Developers need to create a main input page for SA registration based on a design of future state This is a task for Story https://github.com/bcgov/ppr/issues/658

Then: We will create a wireframe for this page which will include:

Widget to specify the life in years (duration) of the registration -This should also allow users to enter a numerical amount from 1-25 (infinite is still unknown)
An input area for Registering Party (Ideally later to be phased out as we populate this by default from user data)
An extensible input block for Secured party
An extensible input block for Debtors
An extensible input block for "serial" collateral
An extensible input block for General Collateral (this may just be a text input area.)

Note: If possible I will build this wireframe around the existing vuetify library

This is a link to the OneNote page with the current rough wireframes for the current New SA Registration main page

It details most of the interactions in annotations and shows the alternative states for them as well.

I will be coming up with a better package for this soon/today.
