Update the API specification to become closer to complete with regards to planned design. The goal is to have the API Spec (produced in Stoplight Studio) to have as much detail as possible and to be consistent with behaviour that has actually (or will be implemented).
Some items to take care of:
[ ] Remove the version parameter for GET /financing-statements/$id
[ ] Split input models (used in POST) from output (GET) to better clarify intent
[ ] Clean-up Stoplight 'linting' errors
[ ] Ensure descriptions and validations are captured for input fields
[ ] Get base url consistent with other APIs, including /api portion and version
[ ] Make entity references and hyper-media consistent with other APIs
