Form validation

As registering party, I want to make sure what enter into the registration form is valid so that my security interest is valid

11. Have the system perform validation on any field possible within the registration, with respect to:

• The address cannot be blank, Region is required for Canada/US province/region is optional for all other countries.
• Disallowed Characters in entry fields, specifically serial numbers (consider what we would like for this Extra story)
• Malicious Inputs (consider what we would like for this Extra story)
• Dates and Times
  • Required Fields

So that I can register a financing statement

Confirm & Submit button is blocked when there are invalid form inputs.
