Registration Success Screen #823

BEGIN USER STORY

As a registering party I want to be able to:

1. Be redirected to a screen that indicates to me visually that the registration was successful

2. Shown in the header of the screen, particulars of the registration, such as the folio number, the SYSTEM autogenerated reference number, and other particulars of the registration in an executive summary format

3. See all of the details of the freshly submitted registration

4. Be given an option to print or download the completed registration

5. Be allowed to exit the process or re-initiate a new registration process

So that I can confirm with confidence that my registration was successfully processed

To explain, this screen and process exist but only for the fields; life; type and registering party. Last sprint we worked on many elements that we could not show on the financing statement because they only appear in lists. Until we had the lists on the form we could not deliver on the full end-end story. This story/task is to continue the work from the last sprint and actually submit the FS with the list of debtors and secured parties.

Then, once this story is complete, we will do the collateral list and include the work of sending the full FS to the server and displaying the resulting financing statement.
