Find my draft financing statement #850

As registering party, I want to find my draft financing statements:

  1. By viewing a list of draft financing statements when I execute the DASHBOARD function in the PPR system.
  2. By being able to select and preview them
  3. Allowing me to delete a draft statement
  4. Allowing me to resume work on the draft statement

so that I can continue editing and eventually submit.
