Update prime core #15

Uses name component from shared library in branch lib-0.0.32. Name component removed from prime-core. New package created for prime-core version 0.0.3.

Hey Abhi, I wound up merging this in manually. Great job!

I did a couple tweaks to some components (like renaming an "onClick()" to "click()", changing label names in HTML for checkbox) and tweaked docs, but otherwise left everything as-is.
